LEGAL:
- No one under the age of 18 will be tattooed, even with parental consent.
- Valid photo ID may be required if you look under 18.
- A consent form MUST be signed before you get tattooed.
- You must disclose any medication, illnesses or allergies that may affect the tattooing process.
- I have the right to refuse to tattoo if I believe any medication or skin conditions may effect the tattoo process, or healing process.
- NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS must be consumed before, or during, your tattoo appointment.
- If I have reason to believe you are under the influence of either, you will forfeit your deposit, and will need to reschedule.
- I reserve the right to refuse to tattoo anyone I feel is unfit to be tattooed.
DEPOSIT:
- When booking in for your tattoo, please be prepared to pay the required deposit to secure the time/date.
- Deposits are non refundable, under any circumstances.
- If you have 'no-show'ed an appointment in the past, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future appointments.
RESCHEDULE:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is needed.
- Deposit can be transferred to a different date as long as it is 48 hours before the appointment.
- Any cancellations, or reschedules, less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and another will be required.
- You may only reschedule twice before another deposit is required.
DESIGNS:
- Designs WILL NOT be sent out before your appointment. It will be available on the day, with time allowed for minor changes.
- Nothing will be designed without an appointment made, and a deposit paid.
- If you would like to change your design, 48 hours notice is required.
- No under 18s are to accompany you to your appointment.
Gift VOUCHERS:
- Gift vouchers entitle the bearer to the equivalent pound value in tattoo time based on the artist’s hourly rate.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Gift vouchers should be treated as cash and as such will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The purchase of a Gift Voucher constitutes the agreement to these terms.
